Why do you have a meal plan? Wouldn’t this be counterintuitive?
The difference between the meal plan I provide in my course is a general guide for those who are caught up in restrictive mindsets and can't determine or even get themselves to fathom HOW MUCH they actually need to eat. These people still restrict because they can't come to terms with expanding their meal sizes or being more flexible with food choices and ingredients. It's not meant for calorie or macro counting. It's just to give ease of mind that one is encouraged to eat a lot more and to satisfaction when in recovery. It's a transitional guide until ones extreme hunger dies down and one can begin to follow their hunger and satiety signals or intuition when eating.
I saw your course and it looks perfect but it is a lot of money for me and I am not sure that I would commit to it..
